INFORMATION CLAUSE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to comply with the requirements set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), I hereby inform you that:
1. The controller of the personal data collected – i.e. the entity deciding how and for what purposes your personal data will be used – is Nice Up Events Incentive Travel Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków, ul. 2. The personal data collected may be processed by the Controller or by entities acting on its behalf (IT service providers, accounting services, subcontractors, suppliers, postal operators, and other entities supporting the Controller in its business activities) – based on Article 6 of the GDPR, on the basis of your consent, in connection with the use of services offered or provided by the Controller, or on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller or a third party (including for marketing or market research purposes).
3. The personal data collected will not be shared with recipients other than those indicated above, unless required by generally applicable law or if it is necessary or justified to achieve the purposes indicated above. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the EU and EEA and will not be processed in an automated manner within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR, including profiling.
4. The personal data collected will be processed for the period necessary for the purposes indicated, in particular until all rights and obligations have been fulfilled and all claims arising from or related to the processing of personal data (e.g. tax, civil or criminal claims) have expired.
5. Providing personal data to the Controller is, in principle, voluntary, but necessary in order to use the Controller’s services or to achieve another purpose intended by one of the parties.
6. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you may request from the Controller – by submitting your request to rodo@niceup.pl – access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to withdraw consent previously given.
7. Furthermore, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the processing of your personal data violates the law.
